If you looked out on the water at Weeroona recently, you might have seen Ross taking on the waves in one of the Sailability watercraft.

Sailability is a not-for-profit, volunteer run organisation that runs around the world, enriching the lives of people with disability, the elderly, the financially and social disadvantaged by getting them out on the water.

Ross has been participating at Sailability for several years now.

Often in the past, Ross has taken a little nap while out on the water, but at the most recent Sailability day, Ross spent the entire time grinning from ear to ear.

“I think it’s relaxing,” Ross says. “It’s very freeing out on the water”. This is the feeling that keeps him going back time and again.
